Club Air online seminar

We put sunglasses
on flamingos.
We never joke about wind.

Club Air is a party business. Hot pink, acid lime, a disco ball in a blacked-out tent, a red carpet rolled out on someone's lawn. We like it that way. We're also the people who get quiet when a reading starts climbing, because recent incidents in our industry have reminded everyone what's actually at stake. Come and talk through the systems and process behind how we operate. Shared learning. Human responsibility. No shortcuts.

We mess around.
Not with this.

People book us because the night looks and sounds ridiculous in the best possible way. They trust us because the boring half is where most of our attention goes. Here's the honest split.

What we mess around with

  • Flamingos in sunglasses. Non-negotiable.
  • Dress codes we invented for other people's backyards.
  • The correct amount of confetti. A lot, then more.
  • How much a red carpet changes a night. Enormous.

What we don't

  • Wind readings. Checked, logged, watched all night.
  • Anchor points, and exactly what goes in them.
  • Supervision, capacity, and who is responsible.
  • The call to stop, and the timing of it.

You can run a serious operation and still throw an absurdly good party. We think those are the same job.

this bit has no jokes in it ↓

Great parties.
Safety first.

Behind every incident are people, families and communities. Our thoughts are with everyone affected. This conversation isn't about pointing fingers or claiming we have all the answers. It's about helping each other take safety seriously.

Other hire companies aren't just competitors. We're part of the same industry. We want to share the thinking behind our approach, invite constructive questions and help operators keep safety central to the experiences they create.

The bigger picture

A University of Georgia study counted 132 wind-related inflatable incidents worldwide between 2000 and 2021. Australia recorded ten of them, ranking second globally for fatalities. Wind is not an edge case. It is the hazard.

These are selected reports, not an exhaustive incident register. They are context for a respectful industry conversation, not evidence that any particular system would have prevented harm.

a little taste of the conversation ↓

What's on the table?

Good processes don't happen by accident. We'll explore the principles behind ours, the choices that matter and the place for automation in an industry where people must stay in control. We're not here to hand out the playbook. The deeper conversation happens at the seminar.

Purposeful processes

A Club Air hire is more than a tent and a van. We'll walk the thinking behind an approach built for consistency, accountability and a customer who never has to think about any of it.

Wind monitoring

The Kestrel gets more attention than the playlist. Why monitoring sits at the centre of our operating process, and the questions every operator should be asking themselves.

Smarter support

Technology with a job to do, not automation for its own sake. Where we think it genuinely helps the people doing the work, and where it absolutely should not decide anything.

Human judgement

The part no system can do. Our perspective on keeping experience, supervision and the decision to act firmly in human hands.

“Can I get what you've built?”

Honestly? We'd love to. The monitoring and process tools we'll talk about came out of a family business that got tired of guessing, and they run on every Club Air party. Sharing them with other operators is something we genuinely want to do. It isn't free to build, check and keep running though, so how it works is a conversation we'd rather have in the room than a price list on a page. Tick Club Air systems access and tell us what would make it work for you.

We'd love to

Sharing isn't free

So let's work out how it could work

the bit we won't automate ↓

The system helps.
People act.

Software is brilliant at numbers and useless at judgement. It can tell you a speed. It cannot tell you what a shifting cloud line over an unsheltered paddock means for the twelve kids inside, or when the moment has turned. We think that distinction matters, and we build our processes around it.

This seminar explores our approach, not a universal wind limit or certification. Manufacturer instructions, applicable standards and a site-specific assessment still come first. Our wind policy.

systems.

There's more to this than we can fit on a page. Register your interest to join the conversation about our approach, and tell us what matters to your business. There's also a box for operators who'd like the same setup running in their own business. We'd love to share it, and it costs us to build and keep running, so how that works is a genuine discussion. Tick the box and tell us what you'd need. We'll share the seminar details once they're confirmed.
