The rules of the game - written so you know exactly where you stand. The earlier you let us know, the smaller the fee. Simple.

Percentages apply to the scheduled Service Fee for an Event cancelled for any reason other than a breach by Club Air or Force Majeure.

Cancellation

(Cancellation) If an Event is terminated for reasons other than a breach by Club Air of the terms of this Agreement, the Client must pay to Club Air the relevant portion of the Service Fee in accordance with this clause (“Cancellation Fees”) less any amount already paid to Club Air.

Sliding fees

(Sliding fees) If an Event on a particular day is cancelled for any reason other than a breach by Club Air of the terms of this Agreement or for Force Majeure, the following portions of the applicable Service Fee will be payable depending on the period of cancellation notice Club Air receives prior to the scheduled arrival at the Service Area:

Postponed or re-scheduled

(Postponed or re-scheduled) If an Event is postponed or re-scheduled for any reason other than a breach by Club Air of the terms of this Agreement or for Force Majeure, Club Air will use reasonable endeavors to provide the Services on the alternate date requested by the Client and the fees payable for the rescheduled Services will take into account any change of location), plus any applicable Cancellation Fees if the Client has not given Club Air at least 7 days notice of any postponed or re-scheduled Event.

The plain-English version
  • Cancel more than 7 days out - no fee, all good.
  • 72 hours to 7 days out - 10% of the fee.
  • 24 to 72 hours out - 50% of the fee.
  • Less than 24 hours - full fee (we've already booked the crew, fuel and gear).
  • Need to reschedule? Tell us 7+ days out and we'll move things free of charge - just chat to us.
