Terms & Conditions for Competition
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Delivery address must be within 20km radius of Blacktown Area
- Property must have suitable access for equipment
- Only one entry per person will be considered eligible
- Club Air staff and immediate family members are not eligible to enter
Booking & Payment
- Prize must be redeemed for a 2025 booking date
- Deposit required at time of booking to secure date
- Full payment must be completed before delivery
- Booking subject to date availability
- Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash value
- Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions
Competition Process
- Competition closes 11:59 PM January 31st, 2025
- Winner will be drawn February 1st, 2025
- Winner will be notified via Facebook message
- Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification
- If winner cannot be contacted or does not claim prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected
Additional Terms
- Standard hire terms and conditions apply to all bookings
- Entering competition assumes acceptance of hire terms & conditions
- Additional delivery charges may apply outside service area
- Club Air reserves the right to refuse any entry
- Club Air reserves the right to verify validity of entries
- No responsibility accepted for lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Club Air's decision regarding winner selection is final
