Do I get a login?+
No passwords to forget — we email you a private dashboard link. It lasts 7 days and every visit refreshes it. Lost it? Pop your email in on the dashboard page and we'll send a new one instantly.
How do I cancel?+
One button in your dashboard opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancel, update your card, grab receipts — all self-serve, no emailing us.
How much does it cost?+
$5/month to be listed, $10/month to sit at the top of your category as our first recommendation. Monthly, cancel any time, and we never take a commission on what you book.
Do I have to be in Sydney?+
Yep. We operate across Sydney suburbs (mostly West, Inner West, Eastern Subs, North Shore). If you can't service those, we can't really help each other.
Is it exclusive?+
No. We're not picking one cake maker forever. But we keep numbers sensible so your spot actually means something.
How long does it take to go live?+
Sign up and pay, then we email you a private dashboard link straight away. Add your photos and details, we review it and switch you live — usually the same day.
