How much does inflatable nightclub hire cost in Sydney?
Short answer: from $495. Long answer: it depends on how long you want it, where you are, and what you'd otherwise spend at a venue. This guide breaks down every package, what affects the price, and how it stacks up against the alternatives — so you can book with your eyes open.

Price snapshot.
Three packages, flat pricing, everything included. Sydney travel inside our standard radius is on the house.

What affects the cost.
We keep this short on purpose: most things don't change the price. Here's everything that does (and doesn't).
The three tiers, compared.
Same inflatable nightclub, same gear, same crew. The only thing that changes is how long it stays.
- Full setup, lights, smoke & JBL
- Red carpet entry
- 4 hours of party time
- Crew sets up and packs down
Best for: 18ths and 21sts that wrap by 11pm, hens parties starting at the house before town, low-key engagements.
Book 4 Hour- Everything in the 4 Hour package
- An extra hour for the long ones
- Best $-per-hour we offer
- Crew sets up and packs down
Best for: most weekend parties. The extra hour absorbs late arrivals and gives you breathing room. Lowest $/hour of the three.
Book 5 Hour- Setup in the afternoon
- Party as long as your neighbours allow
- Pack-down next morning
- No rush, no clock-watching
Best for: bucks parties, NYE, milestone birthdays, post-wedding hangs. Set up in the arvo, pack down the next morning, no clock-watching.

Sydney has plenty of ways to throw a party. Here's honestly how Club Air compares on cost and what you're actually getting.
How to pick the right tier.
After 1,000+ bookings, here's the cheat sheet we'd give a mate.
Pricing by Sydney suburb.
Same flat price across Greater Sydney. Pick your patch for local setup notes, council quirks and recent bookings.
Outside Greater Sydney? We've taken Club Air to the Central Coast, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains. Send us your postcode and we'll quote a travel fee — no surprises.
Pricing FAQs.
Club Air's flat packages start at $495 for 4 hours, $550 for 5 hours, and $825 for an overnight hire (set up in the afternoon, packed down the next morning). Travel inside our standard Sydney radius is included and any travel fee is quoted upfront before you pay.
A small booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. We'll send a clear invoice — no surprise charges, no day-of upsells.
Every package includes the inflatable club itself, JBL PartyBox sound system, programmable nightclub lighting, smoke machine, red carpet entry, full setup and pack-down by our crew, and $10M public liability insurance. There is no premium tier.
You skip venue hire (often $1,500+ in Sydney), minimum bar spend, security guards, taxi fares home, and the time it takes to clean up someone else's space. The club comes to you and the after-party is your couch.
We cover Greater Sydney inside our standard radius at no extra charge. For Central Coast, Wollongong, Blue Mountains and longer drives we quote a transparent travel fee before you book — never on the day.
Not expected, always appreciated. Our quoted price is the full price.
The package is intentionally all-in — lights, sound, smoke, red carpet, crew. Anything beyond that (catering, photographers, mobile bars) is on you and your suppliers, which keeps our price honest.
We don't compete on price — we compete on the product. If you find a cheaper inflatable hire in Sydney, check the specs: tent size, sound system wattage, lighting rig, insurance cover, and whether setup/pack-down is actually included. Most cheaper quotes are missing one or more.
Pick your package, pop in your details — takes about 90 seconds. Or read the complete Club Air guide first.
