How much do we each get?+
Your mate saves on their first hire and you bank credit once their party has happened. The exact amounts show on your personal dashboard.
When does my credit actually unlock?+
The moment your mate pays, your reward shows as pending. Once their party is completed by our crew, it turns into real credit and we email you to say so.
What if their party gets cancelled?+
The pending reward simply drops off. Nothing is clawed back from credit you have already earned and spent properly.
How do I spend my credit?+
Book with the same email you referred under. We text nothing to guess: we email a quick code to confirm it is you, then the credit comes off the total at checkout automatically.
Is there a limit?+
Nope. Every mate who books with your code and parties with us earns you more credit.
The rules, plain English
Fair for everyone
- Credit is held as pending when your mate pays, and only becomes spendable once their party is completed. Track it under "Credit on the way" on your personal Refer and Earn page, the link we email you.
- Cancelled, refunded or charged-back bookings never turn into credit, and released credit can be reversed if the booking behind it falls over.
- Credit is locked to your verified email. We email a one-time code before any credit is applied, so nobody can spend it by guessing your address.
- No self-referrals, fake accounts, coupon or deal sites, paid brand ads or spam. One reward per referred household and delivery address.
- Credit you apply to a booking is held against that booking, so it cannot be spent twice. If the booking is cancelled, refunded or lapses unpaid, it returns to your balance automatically.
- Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and applies to the booking total only.
- We can suspend any referral link and withhold, reverse or cancel credit at any time where we reasonably suspect misuse or a breach of these terms.
