Club Air Hire ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you enquire about or book an inflatable nightclub, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number
  • Delivery address for the booking
  • Event date, time and party details
  • Payment details (processed securely via Stripe — we never store full card numbers)
  • Communications you send us (email, SMS, contact form messages)
  • Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location)

How we use it

  • To process your booking and deliver the inflatable nightclub
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages
  • To process payments, bonds and refunds
  • To respond to your enquiries
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, insurance, safety)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run the business:

  • Payment processor — to securely process bookings, bonds and refunds
  • Cloud hosting & database provider — to store booking and account data
  • Email & SMS providers — to send booking confirmations and reminders
  • Website analytics providers — to measure site performance
  • Government or law enforcement bodies if required by law

All providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your booking progress, and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some features (like checkout) won't work properly without them.

How we protect it

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to staff who need it to fulfil your booking. We retain booking records for 7 years to meet Australian tax and insurance requirements, then securely delete them.

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we've mishandled your information
