The Vote
Club Air is asking our community to vote between two possible birthday promotions:
Option 1
$50 Off
$50 off for eligible customers who make a new Club Air booking during the promotional period.
Option 2
Free Hire
One free Club Air hire awarded to the winner of our Club Air promotional video competition.
The option selected by Club Air following the community vote will be announced on the official Club Air Facebook page.
Only the promotion officially announced by Club Air will become active.
If $50 Off Wins
- The $50 discount will apply to eligible new bookings made and confirmed during the promotional period announced by Club Air.
- The event itself may take place after the promotional period, subject to availability.
- The offer is limited to one $50 discount per booking.
- It cannot be used retrospectively on existing bookings.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another discount, voucher or promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
- Standard Club Air pricing, availability, deposits, cancellation conditions and booking terms continue to apply.
If Free Hire Wins
- Entrants will be invited to create an original promotional video promoting Club Air and submit it according to the competition instructions.
- There will be one winner only.
- This will be a game of skill, not chance. Club Air will select the winning video based on factors such as creativity, originality, entertainment value and how effectively it promotes Club Air.
- The winner will receive one standard Club Air hire, subject to availability, our service area and any booking restrictions stated when the competition opens.
- Additional extras, upgrades, extended travel or services outside the standard hire package are not included unless Club Air specifically states otherwise.
- The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred without Club Air's approval.
- The winner will be announced on the official Club Air Facebook page.
Your Video & Content
If the Free Hire promotion is selected and you enter:
- You confirm that the video is your original work or that you have all necessary permissions to submit and use the content.
- You are responsible for obtaining permission from identifiable people appearing in your video.
- You retain ownership of your original content.
- By entering, you grant Club Air permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, repost, publish and share your submitted content, in whole or in part, across Club Air's social media, website, digital advertising and other marketing channels.
- This permission is granted without additional payment or compensation.
- Club Air may choose not to publish or accept content that we reasonably consider unsafe, unlawful, offensive, misleading or inappropriate.
The Boring-But-Important Bit
- Voting for a promotion does not guarantee that option will be selected.
- Club Air will announce the final promotion, promotional dates, entry or booking period and any additional applicable conditions on our official channels.
- Participation in the selected promotion means you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions published with the final promotion.
- Club Air reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside our control.
- Standard Club Air booking terms and conditions continue to apply where relevant.
