Do you cover public liability for community sporting clubs?+
Yes - Club Air carries $10 million public liability insurance and we supply a Certificate of Currency to your club, council or venue on request. Every inflatable is ground-anchored before the doors open.
Can you set up on a club oval, netball courts or council reserve?+
Yes. We regularly set up on club grounds, ovals, courts and reserves across Penrith, Mount Druitt, St Marys, Blacktown and greater Western Sydney. We need 6.5 x 7.5m of flat ground. If it's a hard surface (courts, concrete), tell us and we'll bring ballast anchoring instead of stakes.
Is it suitable for juniors as well as parents?+
Yes - the format is fully enclosed with one supervised entry, which makes it easier to keep an eye on the juniors than an open marquee. Presentations at the start, dance floor for the older juniors and parents after.
Do you offer club or sponsor rates?+
Yes - if your club is booking multiple nights across the season, or you'd like a sponsor arrangement (like our Penrith Waratahs Pink Round partnership), chat with us and we'll put a package together.
How much does it cost?+
Standard 4-hour hire starts from $495 all-in with delivery, setup, ground-anchoring, JBL sound, lighting, disco ball and pack-down included. Overnight and Sunday extensions available.
