How far in advance should I book?ย ๐Ÿ“…

To snag your perfect party date, we recommend booking 2-3 months ahead - especially for weekend events or peak seasons (Hellooo Summer Parties ๐Ÿ˜Ž). Popular dates like public holidays & school holidays get booked up quickly, but don't worry if you're planning last minute - give us a message and we'll do our best to make the magic happen!

What space do I need?ย ๐Ÿ“

Our inflatable nightclub needs a 5.49m x 4.57m flat area to stand proudly. Think of it as about the size of a double garage. Plus, we'll need a little extra space around the edges for those important safety bits. Not sure about your space? Send us a quick photo and we'll help figure it out! ๐Ÿ“

How long does setup take?ย โฑ๏ธ

We're quick! Setup usually takes about 60 minutes from start to finish. This includes getting the structure up, setting up the sound system, and creating that perfect party atmosphere with our lighting. We'll arrive with plenty of time before your event kicks off, so you can focus on getting ready to party! โšก

Setup

Do you need power? โšก

To keep those beats pumping, we'll need to connect to your main power supply using our professional-grade equipment. Just point us to your nearest power point, and we'll handle the rest!

Can it be set up indoors? ๐Ÿ 

Yes - our club can rock both indoor and outdoor events! For indoor setups, we'll just need to check a few extra details with you first to make sure everything meets our engineering requirements. Just let us know you're planning an indoor party when booking, and we'll walk you through it!

What surfaces work best? ๐ŸŒฑ

For a proper setup that meets Australian Standards, we need ground that allows secure anchoring. Our structure uses heavy-duty anchor points to keep everything stable and secure during your event.

Perfect surfaces include:

How much space is needed for access? ๐Ÿš›

We need a minimum access width of 1m to get our equipment through - about the size of a standard garden gate. If you're worried about tight Sydney terraces or tricky driveways, no stress! Send us some photos or measurements, and we'll figure out the best way to make it work. We're used to navigating everything from steep Double Bay driveways to narrow Newtown laneways!

How do I secure my booking? ๐ŸŽฏ

What deposit is required? ๐Ÿ’ฐ

To lock in your date, we require a 10% deposit of the total hire cost. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards. If you are using a BNPL then no deposit is required and full payment is required upfront.

Do you have insurance? โœ”๏ธ

Absolutely! We've got public liability insurance up to $10 million. We're fully compliant with all NSW regulations and happy to provide certificates of currency for your venue if needed.

Can I make changes to my booking? ๐Ÿ“

Life happens - we get it! Just let us know about any changes as soon as you can:

Wet Weather Policy

โ˜” What happens if it rains on my event day?

For safety reasons, we cannot operate our inflatable nightclub in wet conditions. The combination of water, electricity, and an inflatable structure creates safety hazards that our insurance does not cover.

๐Ÿค” How do you make weather-related decisions?

Our team monitors weather forecasts closely in the days leading up to your event. We'll keep you updated via email about changing conditions. The final decision is made approximately 1 hour before your scheduled setup time, giving your event the best possible chance to proceed.

๐Ÿ’ณ If my event is cancelled due to weather, will I get a refund?

Yes! If we need to cancel due to wet weather, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds typically process within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

๐Ÿ“† Can we reschedule instead of cancelling?

Absolutely! We're happy to reschedule your event to another available date at no additional cost if weather forces a cancellation.

๐Ÿƒ What weather conditions besides rain might affect my booking?

High winds (generally above 30km/h) can also impact our ability to safely operate the inflatable nightclub.

๐Ÿ”” How will I be notified about weather-related decisions?

We'll contact you via phone and email if weather conditions might affect your event. We believe in proactive communication to give you as much notice as possible.

๐Ÿงพ What's your recommendation for weather backup plans?

We recommend having a simple backup plan for your event just in case. While we try to give every event the best chance to proceed, safety must come first.
